This workshop is led by two dynamic women: Trina Medves, is a 73 time award-winning Fitness Instructor Specialist, Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Author of Trina’s Kitchen: Healthy Food Made Easy. Trina has also been a speaker and writer featured on Bay Observer, Hamilton Spectator, Stoney Creek News, the Oakville Voice, Snap Hamilton News, Canadian Fitness Professionals magazine, CHCH News, and Kitty Talk and Founder of Fit4Females®.
