Reimagine the Sights & Sounds of Niagara Falls collaborating with GPAG’s exhibiting artist Jordyn Stewart in a series of 4 workshops! Responding to her exhibition on Niagara Falls, together you’ll construct a miniature replica of the iconic Falls and produce a stop motion video landscape. A waterfall soundscape will be created and layered through foley sound effects using found objects!

Town Talks is a panel discussion series featuring speakers with different professional backgrounds discussing Housing and Affordability, Work and Workplaces, and Neighbourhoods. This panel talk will focus on Work and Workplaces. There will be an open question period for attendees to ask questions and share their views. Attending this series is free and does not require registration.

Creativity combined with watercolour painting techniques will enable participants to produce joyful and successful results. This course offers instruction and practice in watercolour painting. Instructor Flora Hutterer provides individualized advice to improve your overall painting experience. Sessions are continuous and offer new explorations of techniques and challenges.

Let go and get a little bit messy working your hands into clay! Perfect pottery is not what we're doing for here. With a greater focus on creating freeform organic shapes, smoosh, squish, and squeeze your clay into a vase piece that will be truly one-of-a-kind. The first class will be dedicated to sculpting and the second class will be for painting your vase creation.

The Grimsby Historical Society presents Daryl MacTavish from the City of Hamilton's Historic House Museums. Daryl shares the life and times of Enerals Griffin and how be became a Freedom Seeker, his life in Ancaster and how he became a respected member of the local farming community. It will also include a look inside his home.
